As part of the Lofts at 359 Water, Loft 2 is set in a historic Summerside building that has been updated into an exclusive collection of four loft suites and one office, complete with the original hand-hewn timber framework, easygoing downtown lifestyle and spectacular waterviews. Though the floorplan depicts what Loft 2 looks like in its original design format - as a condo, Loft 2 has actually been transformed into the Bayside Builders and IPAX Property Development & Management offices, and as such, has a slightly different look to it at this time.

Style: Built into an original Summerside shipping warehouse and located right on the harbour, Loft 2 maintains a similar fresh "seacoast" flair to the other Lofts, but has been particularly laid out as the Bayside Builders and IPAX Property Development & Management headquarters. The original timber framework has still been preserved and interior design compliments this with fresh-hued light blue-gray walls; modern furnishings and lighting from rows of over-sized windows. Loft 2 is located on the 1st and basement floors of the building.

Features: Loft 2, like all the Lofts, is designed to feel open, bright and airy and built to maximize views of gorgeous harbour sunsets with its abundant northwest-facing windows.
